Unable to use E-Sign - No_sign_user

Community Beginner ,
May 07, 2025 May 07, 2025

Hi,

I have an enterprise account with Adobe Pro license but, if I try to use the "Request e-signatures" feature I receive the following error "No_sign_user" and I can't upload any file. How can I solve this problem?

Thanks,

Rossella

Hi rossella_1106,

Thank you for reaching out.

It seems that you are using the request e-signature feature in the Acrobat desktop application. Please try to sign out of the application and open the following link: https://adobe.ly/4337Iih. Use your Adobe ID and password. Then go to the E-Sign tab and use the request signature option. You may use the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4jLyWBm. See if you can send the document without any issues.

Once done, sign in to the Acrobat desktop application and try to send the document (https://adobe.ly/4jLyXoU).

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi rossella_1106 ,

It seems that you are using the subscription provided by your organization. We checked your account using the email address you used to sign in to the community. We see that you have an Enterprise plan for ETLA. We would like to inform you that Adobe Sign is not included with Acrobat Pro in the ETLA offers. We suggest that you check with the IT team in your organization to see if they can add you as a user under the organization's Acrobat Sign Enterprise plan.

In this situation, you will still be able to receive and sign the document via Acrobat Sign. There will be no restriction on signing the document you receive.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
