Unable to use the 'Request e-signature' option in Acrobat pro website

I have an Acrobat Pro subscription, but I am still unable to use the 'Request e-signature' option. When I try to send out documents for signature, I receive a pop-up 'E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.'

@Larina37156235l445  This often means there's a temporary disruption on Adobe's servers or a problem with your connection reaching them. To resolve this, first and foremost, check https://status.adobe.com

If no issues are reported, ensure your internet connection is stable and that no firewall, proxy, or VPN settings are inadvertently blocking Acrobat's access to Adobe's online services. Additionally, restart Acrobat Pro and your computer, and verify that your Acrobat Pro application is fully updated to the latest version via Help > Check for Updates, as outdated software can sometimes cause connectivity glitches with cloud features.

If the problem persists after these steps and Adobe's status page indicates everything is operational, consider signing out of your Adobe ID within Acrobat. Better yet, delete the web browser history, cookies and cache and then sign back in to Adobe.com to refresh your license and service connections.
