Unable to validate serial number acrobat pro 2017
I've searched and searched but can't find a resolution to me problem. I keep getting an error message to connect to internet and validate. Clearly i'm connected to the internet. I turned off microsoft firewall and still nothing. I have found a resolution to a MAC user but I don't know how to translate that to PC. Please point me in the right direction somebody? Thank you in advance.
BTW this is a volume license.
I had the monthly subscription service but it has been deleted.
I then deleted everything with revo and deleted all instances revo could find.
