I tried the Compare feature last December 2023 during a free 7-day trial and it worked great. I was able to view (2) documents that I retrieved from a system called "MasterControl".  I'm currently using Adobe for Enterprise. The Compare function doesn't work the same as it did last December. I received a message at the top of both versions of the document that javascript needs to be enabled and I can't view the contents of either of the pages. I do have javascript enabled. Please see my attached screenshots for more context. Any guidance or suggestions please?

Hi @Will28698223iitd

It is really hard to say anything about this issue you are experiencing.
Could you share the file? Are there any layers in the file? How are those files created?
You can try to flatten these files, save them as copies, and then compare them. Let us know if that helps.
