I have two charges pulled from my account. I continuously try to cancel the free trial yet is says I don't have any plans or subscriptions therefore there is nothing to cancel. Now I can't access the free version through my employer because its asking for trial signup. Customer service says the email is incorrect yet Adobe sends emails every morning.
My money is being taken and my work documents are being held hostage.
HELP!
