Uneditable boxes

Hi!

How can I delete the grey boxes in my pdf? It's doesn't seem to be neither a picture or text. 

Please help me!

Those look like (badly-made) form fields or buttons. Switch Acrobat to Forms mode (More Tools > Prepare Form) and they should become editable.

If they are not form fields you'll need to share the actual file with us. It's impossible (or very very difficult) to give advice based on just a screenshot.
