Hello All, I hope you are doing good. Have you ever faced anything like, Yesterday I was talking to one of the Staff member of Adobe Customer Support. Today As i came to office i notice someone else was signed into my account. After a moment i realized its no other than the same Customer support officer i was talking yesterday and today i can see her adobe account open at my system.
Reason to approch customer service was:
I was gathering information about the Non for profit pricings, No remote access was given to any of the member from adobe never in the past as well.
At the moment we all are worried about this as an organisation. Adobe say they will get back to me within 7 days. But is there anything i need to do to secure my system as no information was proivded other than changing the password? Isnt it wierd?
Any advice and light to this matter would be appriciated. Thanks
