I've upgraded a number of my colleagues to Acrobat Pro DC subscriptions, and deployed the 2021 Acrobat Pro DC app to their computers. The 2021 package includes the Acrobat Cleaner tool which aims to identify and un-install all previous versions of Acrobat (we've a number of installs of Acrobat Pro X which I'm looking to remove from our environment). The clean-up tool did not work so we created a separate batch removal tool to specifically target Acrobat Pro X. However this works only if the Outlook and Excel apps are closed. Deploying this to my colleagues will cause quite significant impact - both applications are used widely. Running the uninstall out of hours will not work for the same reason. Does the community know of any way of forcing the bulk un-install of Acrobat X without forcing the closure of Outlook/Excel?
