Hi Chadm53477143,

The font mentioned above (Univers) is not a common font so it doesn't come pre-installed in your Windows fonts folder.

You will need to download it separately from a third party fonts website.

Please refer to the below link on how to install fonts:

It seems like you're encountering a font-related issue when printing a Word document to PDF, specifically with the Univers font. The fact that the data using Univers font appears blank when you print to PDF but is visible when you save directly to PDF indicates that there might be an issue with font embedding or font recognition during the print-to-PDF process.

Here's how you could address this issue:

  1. Check Font Embedding Settings: When printing to PDF, ensure that the "Embed Fonts" option is selected. In Microsoft Word, you can usually find this option in the print settings. Click on "File" > "Print," and then look for an option like "Options," "Properties," or "Printer Properties." In the settings, there should be a section related to font embedding. Make sure that fonts are set to be embedded.

  2. Use a Reliable PDF Printer Driver: Sometimes, using a third-party PDF printer driver (such as Adobe PDF or PDFCreator) can yield better results when printing to PDF. These drivers are designed to handle font embedding and other printing-related issues effectively.

  3. Check Font Licensing: Ensure that you have the proper license to use the Univers font. Some font licenses might restrict embedding or printing, which could lead to issues like blank text in the PDF. If you're not sure about the font license, it's a good idea to contact the font provider or foundry.

  4. Install the Correct Font Version: Univers font comes in different variations (Regular, Bold, Italic, etc.), and using the correct font variation is crucial. Make sure you have installed the exact version of Univers that is used in your Word document. You can obtain the font from reputable font providers, such as Adobe Fonts or other trusted sources.

  5. Font Cache and System Restart: Sometimes font cache issues can affect how fonts are recognized and embedded. Try clearing your font cache and restarting your computer. The method to clear the cache depends on your operating system.

  6. Print Preview: Before printing to PDF, use the print preview function in Word to ensure that the text using Univers font is visible in the preview. If it's not visible in the preview, the issue might be related to the way the font is being recognized by your system.

  7. Convert to PDF Using Different Software: If the issue persists, consider using alternative software to convert the Word document to PDF. You could try using online PDF converters or other PDF creation tools to see if the Univers font displays correctly in the resulting PDF.

  8. Contact Microsoft Support: If none of the above solutions work, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They might be able to provide more specific guidance based on your setup and version of Microsoft Word.

Remember to always back up your documents before making major changes to avoid data loss. Additionally, using standard fonts (system fonts) might help avoid compatibility issues, especially if you're sharing documents with others who may not have the Univers font installed. https://justinfinixmobile.com/infinix-hot-12i-price-in-pakistan/
