Unreadable text when filling in document.

I am trying to complete fields in a pdf document and when I open the document and begin filling it out, it becomes unreadable.  I can still enter information and tab to the next form to complete.  Any suggestions?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the PDF becomes unreadable and turns to black and white dots
