Hello,
I want to cancel my Acrobat Pro DC plan. I followed the instructions from the "Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services" Adobe Support page, but there is no "Cancel plan" button. I have contacted Adobe Customer Care, as advised, but there I was informed, that "it is on trial mode and will be unsubscribed automatically". This is impossible, because I was informed in the welcome e-mail from Adobe, that with this subsription, after the trial mode I will be charged monthly unless I unsubscribe. It looks like I'm forced to pay, because there is no other possibility to contact Adobe. Please help.

Thank you for your answers. @Amal. The problem was that the steps in the link didn't work - that is why I started this discussion.
@try67 is right, and the Customer Care was wrong.
The answer was quite easy - I didn't cancel the subscription during the 1 week free trial, so Adobe charged me for the next month, but there was an error in the payment. That is why the "cancel" button dissapeared. After I fixed the payment issue the button was just where it's supposed to be.

If that's what they told you, they were wrong (and it won't be the first time).
Try following the instructions marked as the correct one in this thread: how do i cancel my free trial? (updated)

Hi Lilianak,
Sorry to hear that you are unable to cancel the free trial membership.
You can cancel the free trail anytime online. If somehow you get charged after the free trial, which would be unfortunate, you need to contact Adobe customer care.
Please follow the steps provided in the help link here- How to cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud plan or membership

Amal

It is really difficult to cancel subscription on this platform as the cancel subscription button isn't visible...This is very discouraging as we keep getting debited.
