Hallo,
o.

What matters is the pixel size; resolution is just metadata.
However, Acrobat takes rsolution into account when converting images to PDF, so make sure they all have the same resolution (whichever one you choose).

That was my question, bc. every pic has the same resolution and pixelsize.

Hi there
I hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
Have you started experiencing this issue recently, or has it been occurring earlier as well? What is the version of the Acrobat Pro application you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.20813 > Go to Help . Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to merge? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Additionally, please share the affected PDF, the source file (s), and a brief video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs, to provide more clarity and understanding.

Got the latest Version. Tested with few pics - all the same resolution and size - this is the result:

"That was my question, bc. every pic has the same resolution and pixelsize. "
In this case, something is wrong.
Follow the procedure described by Amal.

You have found the source of the problem, which is what I suggested in my first post.
The good news is that you can use an action in Photoshop to set all images to the same resolution and unit.

Pixel/Zentimeter is not the same as Pixel/Zoll.
The files have not the same resolution.

JR Boulay, I tried to change the size using automation, but it didn't work. The crucial and correct tip came from Bernd. He should get credit for that. But thanks for your answer too!

He didn't say anything more than what I had already written in my previous posts.
It's the resolution of the images that you need to change, not their size.

You may have meant well, but Bernd pointed it out to me so I would see it too: "Pixels/centimeter is not the same as pixels/inch." 🤷♂️

This is what I wrote in my first post: "However, Acrobat takes resolution into account when converting images to PDF, so make sure they all have the same resolution (whichever one you choose)."
And in my 8 nov post too.
