I've printed a Word doc to PDF and used Prepare Form tool to make it fillable. However, I've made changes to the questions on the Word doc and printed that to PDF, but don't want to move all custom fields from the old to the new manually. In Acrobat Designer it converts the Word doc into a background image and you just need to simply replace the background image when text changes on the original. Obviously, this is a great time saver and feature built into Designer, but seems to be missing in Pro DC. Unless I'm missing where I can do this in Pro DC.

It's the same. Create a new static PDF file from the updated Word document, then use the Replace Pages command (in the old version) to replace the old pages with the new ones. The fields you already added will stay in tact.

Got it, Replace Page was under Organize Pages. I was able to do that. Thank you for the quick answer.
