Updated account email and see "Invalid agreement id." error when trying to request signatures

Just signed up for Adobe Acrobat (paid) so I can send more than the 5 free Adobe Sign agreements out. When I tried to send out one, I noticed my email address was an old email address. I updated the email address. And now I'm trying to sign new documents, but any time I go to request signatures, I get "Invalid agreement id."

I've tried multiple browsers, different computers, different documents. There seems to be something wrong at the account- or web-application-level.

Hope youa re doing well and sorry for the delay in response. As described, you have updated account email and see "Invalid agreement id." error when trying to request signature. 

 

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-change-the-email-address-of-adobe-sign-account-adobe-sign.htm... and see if that works for you.
