Updated Acrobat. No idea how to create a clickable TOC

Hi, I'm trying to make a clickable table of contents and I was able to do it in the old Acrobat version and now? I have no idea how to figure it out. No videos on youtube since it's all been updated. Please help!

In Acrobat you can create bookmarks.

Selet text and press ctrl-b or cmd-b

Tut mir leid... Do I choose one page and make it a bookmark or the whole page? If you want to show me a link how to do this it may be better. I've never done this before.

May be it is explained in the Acrobat Help.
