Upgrade from Acrobat Standard 2020 to Acrobat Pro 2020

I'm investigating moving from a Windows PC to a Mac one and my current Standard 2020 licence won't work on Mac. Is it possible to upgrade from Acrobat Standard 2020 to Acrobat Pro 2020 (the non-subscription versions) and, if so, how can you do this?

It should be, yes, but if you want to also purchase a cross-platform upgrade (ie, from Windows to Mac) you'll need to contact Adobe directly for help with that.
