For the last two days, my Adobe Acrobat Reader has been spinning with the message 'There were some installation issues, we are trying again'. I have tried to uninstall the app in the hopes that reinstalling would fix the issue but it just reverts to 'Open App' every time I hit uninstall.
Very frustrating... are there any resolutions/answers to this?

Please try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3RLRdla, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/48mQJsS and see if that works for you.
