Upload Speeds

Just gone onto NBN here and upload speed has increased from 1 mps to 20 mps. That is a twenty fold increase.  Uploads to Dropbox, Onedrive now run much, much faster but uploads to Adobe Cloud are as slow as ever. Basic ratio is that Dropbox etc 10 to 15 faster uploads than Adobe. I am in Perth Western Australia. Anyone have any advice on this.
