@chasityandrea it appears you are using the online app of Acrobat. I would make sure you are logging into the correct adobe account. I have two subscriptions, one for work, and one for personal use, and I sometimes use the wrong account. The error message is referring to your account's licensing or permissions, your account is not "entitled" or authorized to use the specific feature you are trying to access and advises you to contact an administrator.

It is a student account so there could maybe be an authorization issue, but it was working just fine earlier that day. I'll try to reach out to the University to see if there has been any changes in access.
