Hi
I am desperate situation. Need to get our annual accounts finished today and was working through marking up bank statement with highlighter and it suddenly crashed.
Where can I find auto-recover files as the collated document that re-opened had NO highlighter!!!
Complete nightmare to happen at this point. Support is not open in UK until tomorrow morning.
That is TOO late.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Rhothgar ,
We are sorry to hear that you're facing issu while working with Annotations on pdf.
Could you please help us with below queries in order for us to understand the issue better:-
- Is the crash always reproducible?
- What is the workflow that leads to crash?
- What is the Acrobat version that you're on?
- is the crash related to a particular file or happens with all the files?
At last, it would be great if you could share a small screen recording for us to get the exact reproducible steps.
Thanks,
Prashant.

- Is the crash always reproducible? No and if it was I would be tearing my hair out with frustration. Any crash like this when you lose critical work is beyond frustrating.
- What is the workflow that leads to crash? Just working faster than Adobe can possibly deal with even with a fast machine in terms of 64Gb ram and 6Gb graphics card.
- What is the Acrobat version that you're on? 2023.008.20555
- is the crash related to a particular file or happens with all the files? It happened on one file whilst doing time critical work.
