A support guy remote accessed my computer to fix a minor problem but instead broke my computer so I cannot get into it. He tried to fix it from 1pm uk time. It's now nearly 6pm. He said an hour ago someone higher up would phone straight away but no call

A support guy from Adobe. Unfortunately they could not fix it and I had to contact Microsoft and reset my entire PC. I do now have my computer back but not as it was irritatingly and the Adobe Pro is working again but my personal setup was lost. I am slowly trying to get them back how they were but it's difficult to remember where everything is.
