We have published Acrobat as a RemoteApp and it starts in reduced mode to accommodate for both users with or without a subscription.
Unfortunately, the rotate feature seems not to be enabled for users logging in with a valid subscription.
User is assigned witha Adobe Standard licesen and the rotate feature is available when users run Acrobat on their local computerm so I assume there's no issue with the license option wheras it must be Pro or Standard?
Thanks in advance.
Any ideas what's causing this behavior or if there's a remedy?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
As the application is working fine on the users local machine, it seems like the option is disabled on the work machine by the IT Team.
Please try to contact the IT at your end and check.

Amal
