Application: Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017
Current Version: 17.011.30120
We have a few users who still get the following errors when working on pdf files, even though we installed patch 17.011.30079 Optional update.
There is insufficient data for an image
No message and page becomes white,
Error 109” dialog appearing on launching few files
We also tried repairing and re-Installing Acrobat but no good also.
Please advise.

The files are probably bad. There was one bug where the report was false but the test of the time it’s true. Bug in the software making or editing the PDFs.

Is there any tool that can analyze the pdfs and tell us what's wrong with it?

Any such tool would just tell you the same as the message, which is unusually clear for an Acrobat message, but only any use to the people who made the software. If you can share a file publicly, a human might be able to give interesting insight.
