Working with a user, computer is running Windows 10, Outlook is version 2016 and Acrobat is version 2017. When clicking on the mail icon, the user receives an error stating that a profile needs created in Outlook. We have verified that Outlook is set as the default mail application in Acrobat and also in Windows as well. We also performed a full uninstall and reinstall of Acrobat, same issue, as well as created a new profile in Outlook. Any ideas what the issue could be? Thank you for your help!
