Users say they cant fill any of the fields electronically

I created a credit app that has fillable fields and the users say they can't fill those fields on their computer but when i open it it lets me fill them.  What have i done wrong?

That PDF does not contain any form fields. 

Did you intend to copy fields from the first form onto the second? 

If so I would suggest using the replace Pages option in the "Organize Pages" toolset

The form is fine. The problem is on the user end. 

What PDF viewer/app are the users using to fill the PDF?

They are using adove reader.  Any issues with that?

Adobe Reader should work fine.  There must be something else going on. You will need to debug this from a user's computer where it isn't working.

How are you sending the form to them?
