As I clicked on Acrobat Pro 2017 today it would not open and said to click here for assistance. I was asked to enter my serial number, which I did. It came back and said it was invalid. I then contacted Adobe Customer Support and did a chat. The persion assisting me said the serial number is fine but would not tell me or help me in any way to know how to use my product. Can anyone assist me?

I don't see how we can help you with this issue. This is something Adobe needs to solve, especially if the s/n is valid.
Contact them again and demand a resolution to your problem.

There is no solution the serial numbers are bought, paid for, and valid. Adobe just discontinued all support for Acrobat 2017 since they prefer everyone is forced to constantly pay for a new subscription. I couldn't even update my resume after losing my job last year. What a scam...

unfortunately I've been experiencing that exact same issue and Adobe customer service reps are clearly trained to ignore anyone who bought acrobat 2017 outright. I for one believe at least a partial refund if not ful'on reimbursement is a legitimate request as I paid over $300 for something I haven't been able to utilize now for several years. C'mon Adobe... Y'all can't ignore us forever. Bravo on the job you've done thus far tho... Blargh. Disgustipated in Commesota
