I am currently using Acrobat Pro DC. Working on modifying business card PDF files. I have been told the preferred process is to modify existing PDF files and not created fresh InDesign files (possible network storage issues). The cards are designed 4-up. The problem I am having when I go to change a name or other info I just want to copy and paste to the other 3 cards. When I paste to another text box the formatting is lost. I make my changes in the edit PDF menu, copy the text, paste it in corresponding text box but the formatting does not copy. I am looking to not have to type the same thing 4 times. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
