Using Adobe 10.1.16 and the signature is not populating into the signature field

When I tried to insert a signature into the a document, I'm able to create the signature box and the saved signatures are displayed.  But, when I select the correct saved signature, the signature will not be placed in the signature field.  It will remain blank.  Please, see the attach file.

What's your OS version? Did you try it with a different signature profile? Preferably one you create in Acrobat itself, not one that's imported from another application...
