I am trying to figure out why when i go to print anything from a file - in this case it was a po that I am clicking on it selecting print and the print box comes up but it's being cut off at the bottom with "Sign in Email Address Password" - i have no idea where that is coming from and it is cutting off the bottom 1" of each document.
Any ideas? I had to reinstall this with the help of Adobe to my new computer, and that's when it started.

I also noticed that in the screenshot that you provided above you are using Chrome browser to save a file as PDF.
I don't see your Adobe Acrobat 9 in action here.

Hello,
Can you share a screenshot here?
What operating system and version are you using in your computer? And when you you say you had to reinstal "this" are you referring to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Reader DC?

Are you saying that Adobe provided support to you using verion 9 of your Adobe product and did not even suggested to upgrade?
I thought Adobe ended support for that version. Can anyone help clarify this?

Hello again,
I just hope that you didn't talk to that "Barbara Spencer" scammer that the user-to-user forums staff members are warning about.
But that is off-topic here (maybe?)
Anyhow, make sure that before you upgrade you don't uninstall and reinstall anything locally in that computer yet.
Please be advised that it is highly recommended that if you've purchased that Adobe version 9 in the past that you also have, e on-hand the licensing keys , CD-sets, and some sort of evidence of where you bought it from.
You will have to switch to the paid subscription licensing to get full-fledged benefits of editing/creating PDF files with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. You can also try the free Adobe Acrobat DC version if all you need is reader/viewer with Fill & Sign capabilities.
For a better educated guess on the path you want to follow see the release notes here:

Correction:
I meant Adobe Reader DC and not "Adobe Acrobat DC" when i said "You can also try the free Adobe Acrobat DC version if all you need is reader/viewer with Fill & Sign capabilities."

That is correct - maybe I am totally wrong. I thought that was making my file through adobe. Lawd. I've been doing this for years and didn't realize how i was getting it. So yes, it's through my Chrome browser. So my problem is probably in Chrome and nothing to do with Adobe. Wow. I did go into Edge and it worked fine last night which baffles me but now that you have brought the brower issue into light i can see where my problem seems to be. Maybe I will be fine with what i have and just address my chrome issue (I like Chrome). You are my new best friend.
also, to answer your previous questions: no not that Barbara Spencer - it was online Chat with Adobe, they even sent me the email with survey. And I have the sn of the Adobe 9 and I believe that is why they helped me install (my disk has been damaged some how).

Expect problems with Acrobat 9. At least the printer will not work with Windows 10.
I would say that it is time to look for a replacement. Current Adobe Acrobat is Acrobat DC (continuous version) and is available on a subscription basis. If you do not want to subscribe, you should look for a different solution.

That is great! And thank you for sharing that feedback.

So now I still have to figure out why it is printing that through Chrome. Any suggestions on where to check?

It prints through Chrome because it’s open in Chrome. There are several possibilities but let’s start with the simplest... you aren’t opening a file but a PDF on a page from the web? If so, it opens in the browser, and except for IE, all the browsers have their own PDF reader.

Hello again,
I would also add to this new part of the conversation that you make your Adobe Acrobat 9 your default PDF reader.
From reading your reply it seems as if Chrome browser is configured in your Windows 10 as the default PDF vier and reader
