I work at an agency where I use several long insurance applications to send to clients to complete. To save them time, I want to pre-populate several fields on the application and then send it to them to edit, complete, and sign.
To do this, I usually use "Prepare Form" to set up fields, which can be tricky since Acrobat cannot identify all the areas. It's a lengthy manual process.
A couple of weeks ago, I discovered "Fill and Sign," I was thrilled because I could put my cursor on a field and enter the information. However, the drawback is that clients cannot edit the fields or complete the application after I send it. In addition, they can only sign and date the form.
How can I make this process easier for my clients and me?
