I'm using Outlook 365 app on Macbook.  I'm trying to download email folders in bulk. I just got adobe acrobat pro but it only allows me to download one email at a time and not in bulk. I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly or not. Please help

Hi @julie_1264,

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

Adobe Acrobat Pro does not support bulk email-to-PDF conversion directly from Outlook 365 (Mac app). However, you can still export multiple emails to PDF in bulk using the following workaround:

Use Outlook’s “Print to PDF” in Bulk

1. Open Outlook 365 on Mac.

2. Select multiple emails (hold Cmd and click).

3. Click File > Print (Cmd + P).

4. In the Print window, choose “Save as PDF” from the PDF dropdown.

5. Choose a folder and click Save.

This saves all selected emails as separate PDF files

Use Microsoft Outlook Web

1. Open Outlook Web (https://adobe.ly/42e6EZN).

2. Select multiple emails.

3. Click “Print” (3-dot menu).

4. Use Mac’s “Save as PDF” option.

This works better if the desktop app doesn’t support bulk printing.

Let us know if you have more questions.
