Using Subfolders in File Explorer to create Bookmarks in big PDF

Right now, I have a large folder with many subfolders and I would like to combine it all into one single PDF. Ideally, I would like be able to PDF the entire file directory, and to have the nested subfolders translate into nested bookmarks in the final combined PDF. Is there a way to do this?

Yes, it's possible to do that using a script, but it's quite complicated.
