Hello,
I have some problem with validation of electronic signatures in Adobe Reader:
1. I signed a document with 2x electronic signatures.
2. I downloaded it from my email.
3. I opened the document in Adobe Reader on two different devices.
4. On the first device the result of verification in Adobe Reader is "unknown" and on the second device everything is fine and signatures are valid.
Before doing this test, I uninstalled Adobe Reader from my both devices (laptops) and then downloaded Adobe Reader from your official website and installed it. So I had the same versions (2021.007.20091, 64-bit) of Adobe Reader on both laptops. I also updated "Trust Manager" but it didn't help.
So in conclusion: I have the same file, same version of Adobe Reader, same operating system (Windows 10), but different results of validations. Some of my customers also report this issue. Can you help me with that?
I would be grateful if you give me information - what disturbs validation results. Maybe some firewalls, antivirus, etc.?
