Hi @Control383026371f0r ,

How are sending the PDF document to your recipients ?

Can you confirm if the signers are using a web browser to fill and sign your PDF document?

In any case, if you've been sharing  PDF files with other users via email (i.e. as an email file attachment), you could employ Acrobat Sign in your workflow and see if that helps.

It is possible that not all of your signing recipients are currently using Adobe Acrobat to view, fill and sign your document(s).

Employing Acrobat Sign may help to standardize and control the signing process (from beginning to end), while ensuring that all users fill and sign your PDFs without third-party software.

However, if your signers are using Adobe Acrobat, it is also possible that they could be customizing their own signature appearance and creation at signing time.
