Al abrir el Acrobat Pro DC me aparece un mensaje que dice “No podemos verificar el estado de tu suscripción” y “no podemos llegar a los servidores de Adobe” y no me deja usar el programa. Sin embargo, estoy conectado a internet y tengo contratado el producto hasta noviembre de 2021. Podrían ayudarme a resolver el problema?

Do you have Trendmicro security software installed on your system? If yes, please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-verify-your-subscription-status.html
Also, please check your connection to Adobe server and try resetting the host files as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and see if that helps.
