Hi Team, I am a Power Platform Developer. Recently I come across a scenario on verifying digital signatures on PDF files using APIs. Since, it is kind of interesting scenario, thought of exploring on this regard and posting it here to get your thoughts and guidance.

Problem Statement: verifying digital signatures on PDF files using APIs, as the validation happen over cloud using Power Automate (a configurable automated service) services on Power Platform.

Thank You.

Hi @SaiKrishnaG ,

Are Adobe Acrobat API's involved in this workflow?

If yes, please provide more details about the operating system and Acrobat platform(s) or versions that would be interfacing with Power Automate Services.

Have you consulted the support guides and options available yet? (see links below)

@ls_rbls thank you for responding quickly 🙂 Please find the details below...

  1.  Are Adobe Acrobat API's involved in this workflow? - We can connect to any service which has RESTful Services from Power Automate. I thought of reaching this forum for suggestions on any APIs available to make cals from Power Automate (HTTP Requests) to utilize the services. Currently, I am not looking for complete development suit or plans to proceed with development, instead looking for any API resources available with Adobe to try out using any trial versions.
  2.  I do not have much idea on the forums you have shared. But if those are the right forums for these kind of guidance, I would definitely post them there, please confirm.

If I understood your requirement correctly, I think that this may be covered in the first link that I posted for you above.

On that page, scroll down to the "Adobe Sign SDK" link and click on it.

It will take you to the Acrobat Sign REST API section, which will show you procedures on how to get access to the API  samples test packages.

See also these links for additional insight:

You may be able to also see how-to's on YouTube.

Just perform a search on how to validate signatures in Acrobat by API.
