op 15 okt 2025 is er een afschrijving geweest. Deze heb ik geannuleerd, de verlenging was onbedoeld. We zitten binnen de wettelijke termijn van 14 dagen, wil graag een refund ontvangen

@Meulenbroek_Boomverzo8913  you would need to cancel this through your Adobe account, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html  but at this time Adobe is having some server issues according to Adobe Status, https://status.adobe.com/ which you might not be able to get through. Unfortunately, you need to monitor this and cancel this through your adobe account

*Hi,*

I already went through all these steps before, and I cannot repeat the
process again.
The payment has not been refunded, even though the subscription was already
cancelled — I’m attaching a screenshot as proof.

Please note that in our previous correspondence, it was confirmed that
there was a system error on Adobe’s side which prevented the cancellation
from being processed correctly.
Therefore, it would be unacceptable if I were now told that the refund
cannot be issued because the 14-day period has passed.

I kindly ask you to review this case carefully and proceed with the refund
as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
