Cher Adobe,

1. How do I email Adobe? 2. How do I delete my subscription?

By @Francesco32640141epbc

Adobe does not do support by email. For billing issues, you must contact Adobe Customer Care. There are two ways:

Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.

Please continue helping me: I already have paied too much!

Kind regards

Francesco Feoli

Dear Adobe,

I am the author of a scientific article in an American medical journal (USA). Before its publication, I had to correct 3 small typos in the printing draft, received in PDF. The editor wrote to me to do it for free via Adobe. I saw on the Adobe website that there was a free 7-day trial. On the same day of subscription, after making my corrections, I tried to resiliate my subscription but I encountered problems: the Adobe website could not interact with me because my location was not in the USA! Indeed I was in Europe!

I got nervous because I don’t know much about the web and finally I came across a form to be filled to resiliate my Adobe souscription. Indeed it was a kind of fraud. After a few days I received by email an invoice for 30 Eur from a firm in Maastricht (NL) which claimed that I had to pay them because they sended to Adobe my resiliation form. Their email address did not accept my immediate answer. A registered email was also refused and returned to me. Finally I paid 70 under the threat of a 800 EUR forced payement but soon I discovered that my Adobe subscription was not canceled.

Questions: 1. How can I resiliate my Adobe subscription? 2. I already paid Adobe for some months (without ever having used the 7-day free subscription  after my first day!): later I have blocked my credit card, can I avoid any additional payement? 4. I am considering making a complaint to the Police in Brussels: do you need a copy of it, with the name and the address of the company that promised to send my resiliation letter?

Thank you for your help! Kind regards

Francesco Feoli, MD Pathologist

That is not what I said to do and I am not sure that this account is even an Adobe employee.

What I said to do is to contact Adobe Customer Care either by Chat or by X (formerly Twitter). Directions are in my first reply.

Only Adobe Customer Care can help you.
You must contact them.

I am a volunteer who does not work for Adobe and I cannot see your billing information. I can only direct you to the correct place.
