Videos won't play. Does pdf-sharing support video?

Dear Sir,

I exported an interactive pdf file from InDesign, there is no problem when I open it with Acrobat Pro on my computer, I can see the video, but when I share this file with my client and my cell phone, some layers of the effect changed, the video can not be seen, then what should I do? Is it because Acrobat reader DC does not support the reason?
