Visualização de documento assinado digitalmente

Tenho o pdf de um cliente que foi assinado digitalmente, porém no adobe acrdobat o mesmo não aparece de forma alguma a assinatura virtual, pela visualização do arquivo aparece, abrindo pelo chrome aparece, abrindo pelo edge aparece, mas pelo adobe acrobat dc sem chance.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs having a digital signature? Please try with a different PDF file with a digital signature and check. Also please share the PDF file in question so that we can check it at our end.

What is the workflow/steps taken to sign the PDF file?

what is the version of the Acrobat Pro DC and the OS you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.2.20191 installed. Go to Help  > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
