Hi Hanan
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to edit the pdf and add handwriten notes using wacom.
You may try using the drawing tool under comment tool as shown in the screenshot below and see if that works.
Note: Acrobat does not have any OCR capabilities for script in images. Any handwritten text will remain as an image and is not searchable.
Hope this information will help

Thank you very much Amal for your reply.
Tried what you have mentioned but I dont have this type of pen (use drawing tool). actually on the Pro I have only Home and Tools on my top left of the software, while you have Document as well, as you paste in your above picture. Why i can not see the Document option as well as the drawing pen?
Thanks so much,
Hanan.

Hi there
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is the desktop application and can not be used on Android/iOS mobile devices. Please download the Acrobat Reader mobile app from the Google play store to be used on samsung tablet and login with your Adobe ID
Click on the pencil icon in the lower right corner and tap on Comment option and then pick the pencil icon to add text/drawing using the s pen.
