We activated many Dell OEM copies of Acrobat Standard under a Single Adobe ID

We did that because we were concerned that over time each computer might have different uers as employees come and go. Now the problem we are having is that some changes made by one user affect the others. For example, if one user changes a stamp, it changes that stamp for everyone else. Does anyone know how we can fix this?

I think only the person with the original ID, under which all are registered, has the right to run it. Everyone else is violating the license. This is NOT how to manage business licenses. Indeed, they may not even be business licenses...

Only the Adobe User IDs are the same. They are all using different OEM copies purchased with their individual computers. There is only one user per OEM copy.
