Im working on a web form and im trying to make it easier for the recipients to authenticate when signing. On the Adobe help section for webform design it lists the following methods of form authentication HELP SECTION CLICK HERE  :

  1.  None
  2. Password
  3. Acrobat Sign
  4. KBA
  5. Phone

The only Options available to me are the "None" & "Password" options. I was hoping to set this form up so it uses the "Phone" method of verifing the phone user.

Could someone please help me understand why i may not be able to access the other methods of authenticating ?

Hi CMunro87,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in here on the community page. It shows you have an Acrobat Sign individual service plan. The options are limited for the individual service plan.

The options that appear are the only available options for the service you are using.

For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3yPLk0n

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
