Web version of acrobat not showing notifications

New Here ,
Jan 30, 2025 Jan 30, 2025

I've been using the web version of Acrobat for years to review PDFs with my team, and I always get a counter of notifications on the bell in the top right, plus emails, whenever someone leaves new comments. Yesterday, both stopped happening, despite several new comments being added in the last 24 hours. All of my notifications are turned on, and other members on my team are getting notifications. Any ideas? I'm on Firefox on a Mac.

Hi @jessica_lynne_5094
To clarify, can you see the comments but not getting/seeing the notifications?
Could you do a test with another PDF to see if it works with that one? This would test if there is something related to the PDF or your account.

Correct, I can see the comments, but I am not getting or seeing the notifications. The only notification I got (via email and the bell within the app) was when someone replied to a comment I had left. But there were 100+ left in addition to that, and I didn't get notified about any of them. I tried leaving a comment on a different PDF via an incognito window with a guest account about an hour ago, and I didn't get that notification either.
