Website Tool Replication to PDF Fillable Form

Hi everyone,

I'm a PDF fillable form designer trying to replicate a web-based Vacation Bonus Calculator into a PDF form. The original tool (which includes three calculation versions) is available here: https://calculadoraprimavacacional.mx/

Each version processes inputs like daily salary, start date, and vacation days, then calculates vacation days, bonus percentage, and the final amount.

I’m looking for help handling:

• Date-based seniority logic

• Version-based conditional calculations

• Output formatting (currency, hidden fields, etc.)

Any tips, examples, or similar projects would be greatly appreciated!

If the latter, what exactly did you try and what were the results? The formulas seem to be written out in that page, so all you need to do is implement them in your code using JavaScript.
