Hello,
Last month, I attempted to sign up for Adobe Acrobat's free trial. Unfortunately, I inadvertently mistyped my email address, entering "gmial" instead of "gmail." Despite this error, I was able to add my payment method and initiate the free trial. Later, when I recognized the mistake, I tried logging back in to correct it, but kept receiving an "incorrect email" message. To make matters worse, I was charged $30 last week, and I'm unable to access my account to cancel the subscription. I'm unsure of how to proceed now, it would keep charging, and I am not able to log in to make the correction or even use the services.

You should contact Adobe directly:
Chat support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
(make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person, or via phone)
Twitter: https://twitter.com/AdobeCare
There's no email support.
Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
