We have a user that launches the Welcome to Adobe Acrobat message every launch even after hitting continue. We've tried several things like uninstalling and reinstalling, and updating to the latest version (2024.001.20629). There are no updates left and we've had the behavior occurring the whole time. It doesnt sound like a major issue but since it occurs everytime its launched and blocks the files from opening and then has to be clicked on that means it's like an extra 30 second boot up time whenever a PDF is launched. Hoping to get some help since they've been dealing with it for a few weeks now. Thanks!

Hi @raspberry230908103 @chanel_2144,
Sorry for the troubled experience.
You may try disabling this preference: "Show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat"
Launch Acrobat + Hold Ctrl/Cmd + K > Preference > General (please check screenshot attached)
Let us know how it works.
