What a complete mess

New Here ,

Tried the esignature thing for the first time

What a joke, took me forever to complete the process of adding specific Signature fields and have the copies sent for Signature

The recipients received copies with completly different fields to sign and onc esigned I never saw the document again, I merely have a noticfication "document e-signed" but when I click on it, error 404 and my document is nowhere to be seen

Bear in mind I have a paid account

What a joke

Did you specify the different fields correctly and who was to sign each? It's best to have the form send in order so it is only waiting for one person at a time. I've never had an issue and happy to look at it

Hi @marc_9792

Please share few snapshots or test files where issue is reproducible for you? As I understand you are facing below issues:

  1.  Problems in adding signature fields and sending it for signing. How exactly you were doing it and what are the problems faced? What could have been better here for a great experience at your end?
  2.  Not able to open the signed document. Are you connected to internet at that time while opening the document? FRom where ar you opening the document?

Thanks,

Shakti K
