What happened to the righthand scroll bar?

Version 2023.006.20360 for MacOS (12.7).

Where is the vertical scroll bar on the right side of the page that enables scrolling quickly to an arbitrary point in the document? I can't find any mention of it in the Preferences. I have been using Acrobat since it was invented, and I don't recall not having this capability.

Scrolling using a mouse wheel is NOT an acceptable substitute. For one, it is terrible ergonomics. And SLOOOOOW. Entering a page number is only useful if you already know the page you are looking for.

I tried to look this up in the Help pages, and the page seemed to think that there was a scroll bar. But I can't find it, hence my query.
