What is the meaning of 'content copying for accessibility' in Adobe Acrobat X? How to disallow it?

Hi,

In the 'Documents Restrictions Summary' screen of the document security option in Adobe Acrobat X, there is an option called 'content copying for accessibility', I would like to know what does it mean? Can I set it to be disallowed?

It means it allows screen reader software to utilize the text within the PDF file for reading the PDF file.  Yes, you can disable it by applying a change permissions password and deselecting the two items in the screenshot below:
